BS EN ISO9001 - Uniter Group is BS EN ISO9001 accredited and approved by manufacturers to service and repair their equipment. We are assessed every 90 days to ensure all quality standards are met. Our quality manual and accreditation states 95% of calls have to be cleared within 16 working hours.

WEEE Directive - Uniter Group provides an IT disposal service that complies with the requirements of the WEEE Directive. All equipment removed from customer locations is either recycled or smelted and relevant documentation is provided to verify disposal.

Prince2 - Uniter Group uses PRINCE2 methodologies to handle all complex project issues including the best practice implementation or extension of networks.

CRB Vetting - All our engineers are CRB security vetted to meet the requirements of locations such as HMP Prisons and other Government facilities. This includes full identity, financial and criminal record checks as well as the last two years employment history. We also use VeriSearch to check all international Sanctions Lists and key enforcement bodies.

Technology Channels Association - Uniter Group holds full membership of the Technology Channels Association, the trade body for the PC industry and Channel.

Computer Technology Industry Association - Uniter Group is certified by CompTIA, a non-profit trade association that aims to advance the global interests of IT professionals and companies including manufacturers, distributors, resellers, and educational institutions.
